look of the week: striped wrap

For all of you DIYers out there we have a beautiful contribution today by the hand of crafty Elsie and Emma who pen (incredibly addictive) blog A Beautiful Mess. In one of their latest posts they give you a step-by-step guide to create this gorgeous striped wrap in 10 minutes… so we’re all over this! The graphic black and white wrap is not only ultra-flattering but insanely on trend, a thin belt under the bust and over bump will cinch you in at the right spot and the rest of the fabric will gracefully flow to make you look lighter and longer. The perfect optical illusion. Bonus: wear it after baby comes… it’s timeless! So when contemplating contestants for this week’s top look we just had to give this one the gold medal!
